• AI Agents: New Actions and Updates

We are excited to bring these new updates to AI Agents. Here’s what’s new:

1. Location Change Action (Move/Add to Folder)

• Agents can now move or add tasks to folders based on content, status, or prompt logic.
• Two modes: Move to location and Add to location.
• Use location chips in prompts so agents choose only from allowed destinations.
  

2. New Custom Field Type: Checkboxes

• Agents can now read and write checkbox custom fields.
• Ideal for judgment-based states like “Reconciliation Complete”, “Triaged”, “Assets Received”, “NDA Signed”.

3. Action Work Items Filtering

• Each action now has its own filter picker (same as Wrike’s standard filters) to filter by type, status, assignee, custom fields, importance, name, etc.
  
• Different actions in one agent can target different segments (e.g., open vs completed tasks).
• Please Note: Filters run before the LLM so excluded items don’t consume credits.

 
4. Action Naming

• You can now name individual actions in multi-action agents.
• Activity logs show labels like “Set Priority”, “Route to Team”, “Post Summary” instead of “Action 1/2/3” etc.
• Makes debugging and monitoring complex agents much easier.

• Templates & Solutions Center: Now Visible to All Users 🔎

The Templates & Solutions Center is now accessible to everyone in an account, including users who can’t create spaces or install templates (e.g., Viewers and Collaborators). This makes it easier for all teams to discover what Wrike has to offer.

What’s new?

- Browse & discover for all users: Everyone can explore the full gallery, view template details, descriptions, and previews.
-Clear guidance for restricted users: Users without template installation permissions will see a message explaining they need to be upgraded to Regular (or higher) or granted additional permissions to install templates.
-Greater visibility for Wrike Solutions: More teams across the organization can discover pre-built solutions and workflows.

How to access:

1. “Templates & Solutions” button in the user profile menu.
2. Direct link to a specific template shared by a colleague or a Wriker.

• AI Agents March Update: Precision Control Route Filter and Track ✔️

This release focuses on precision and control: Agents can now move or add items to specific folders, adjust start and due dates based on context, read parent and sibling and cross folder data, trigger on API changes, use per action filters, work with checkbox fields, and read formula outputs.

We also share an Intake Duplication Agent including its setup and configuration so you can instantly start scanning existing work for similar items, flag likely duplicates, and route only truly new requests.

• Urgency Classifier Agent: Auto Triage for Priority ⚡

The Urgency Classifier Agent scans new tasks for urgency cues like “ASAP,” “urgent,” or “no rush,” then updates a Priority custom field (High, Normal, Low) or pings the assignee when the intent is unclear, reducing the need for manual triage.

• Timesheets: Monthly Timeframes Now Supported 🕒

Timesheets now support both weekly or monthly cadences, giving teams more flexibility in how they track and submit time.

What’s new?

- Set your preferred Timesheet frequency (week or month) at the work schedule level.
- Apply monthly submission rules when submitting monthly Timesheets.
- View multiple Timesheets within periods longer than a week.
- Filter Timesheets overlapping with a custom period, regardless of cadence.

• New Klaxoon Board Experience: Faster, Clearer, and Easier to Use 🎨

The New Board experience is here to streamline those first crucial minutes on a whiteboard and boost adoption across your team.

- Improved selection that lets you easily select empty shapes and pick up objects even when the selection rectangle only partially overlaps them.

• Closed Klaxoon Whiteboards: Clear, Read‑Only Experience 🔒

You can now consult closed Klaxoon Whiteboards in a dedicated read-only experience, making it clear what can (and cannot) be edited while still allowing everyone to review the content.

What’s new?

- Access closed Whiteboards in view-only mode for all roles, whether standalone or in a Klaxoon Session.
- See a clear “Closed” tag in the top-left of the Board header, always in the full Board view using the New Board Experience.
- Prevent all editing actions on closed Boards and require hosts/co-hosts to reopen the activity to make changes.
- Keep full context by allowing ideas and comments to be opened in visualization while all other objects remain locked.

Availability:
- Available to all users (FREE and PRO) who have enabled the New Experience of Klaxoon Board.

• Custom Item Types: Archive or Draft Unnecessary Custom Item Types 🧩

You can now archive or draft unnecessary custom item types without losing any data.

What's new?

- Use the status property to turn a CIT on or off, and use the state to archive it or mark the configuration as draft. Admins continue to see and manage this CIT in their admin lists.
- Keep all existing data when deactivating a CIT. Items already created from a CIT stay in place and editable, while the deactivated CIT no longer appears in menus for creating new items. A visual note shows who deactivated it and when.
- Reactivate a CIT at any time to restore the configuration and bring it back to all places of use.

• New Table Widget in Dashboards: Now Generally Available 📊

The New Table widget in Dashboards is out of Labs and now generally available, making it easier to structure and analyze your work in one place.

What’s new?

- Multi-level grouping and full hierarchies (tasks, projects, folders, and custom item types).
- Expand/collapse controls, including expand to the next level.
- New filters for more precise segmentation.-Editable templates (modify template-based widgets after adding them).
- Parent row support and cleaner, updated visuals.

• AI Agents: Expanded Context and New Actions 🤖

We’re excited to introduce major enhancements to AI Agents that make them more context-aware and powerful than ever. These updates enable richer understanding of your work and new actions that help automate even more complex workflows.

What’s new?

- Smarter context: Agents now read formula fields, inherit parent custom fields, see sibling/subtasks, and perform cross-folder lookups.
- Agents can now set and modify start and due dates.
- Agents can select Link-to-Database records by name which auto-populates Mirror Fields.
- A new comment icon makes it easy to appoint and chat with agents.
- Reliability improvements include limits on subitem processing, better peak load handling, parallel action execution, and an admin-level disable toggle.

• New Gantt Chart: Public Snapshots and More 📊

We’re happy to bring new enhancements to the New Gantt Chart, built on the New Table View, delivering grouping, new filters and better performance. Here's what's new:

- Public Snapshots is now available in the New Gantt.
- Default density mode for Table View which includes:

• Updated task bar sizes (including milestones)
• New project and folder line view
• New rescheduling endpoints
• New dependency endpoints

- Details tooltip is now available in the New Gantt.
 

• Klaxoon Whiteboard: Activity Lifecycle Setting for Admins 🔄

We’re thrilled to introduce the Activity Lifecycle feature. Admins can now automatically close inactive activities after a chosen period and auto-delete closed activities after 24 months, improving security and lifecycle management.

What’s new?

- Admins can independently enable auto-closing and auto-delete for activities.
- Auto-closing: configurable inactivity period (1–12 months, default 6), with a one-time email to users and the option to reopen.
- Auto-delete: activities closed for 24 months are moved to the bin, with advance notifications, a recovery window, and “Expiring soon” badges with a tooltip showing the deletion date.
- All closing and deletion actions are logged in Audit Log, and both options are off by default and can be enabled per team or for the whole company.

Complementing the release on multi-space workflows, we are excited to announce the ability to now convert or move workflows to Spaces.

What’s new?
- Reduce account-wide clutter by moving workflows to spaces, limiting exposure and reducing execution errors.
- Delegate workflow management rights to end-teams, reducing admin burden.
- Build any management model from team to org
-wide setups with just a few clicks.
- Track where workflows are used via the 'Status changed in' column to decide delegation.

• Request Forms: Auto-save Progress 💾

On popular demand from the Community, we’re thrilled to introduce Auto-save Progress for request forms, improving your experience by saving your form progress automatically.

What’s new?
- Form progress is now saved automatically as you fill it out.
- A clear status indicator shows when your draft is being saved. (“Saving…” → “Draft saved”).
- If you come back later, you can pick up where you left off or start a new form.- Auto-save works seamlessly on mobile devices as well.

We’re excited to announce the release of Partial Days Off and Capacity Changes, designed to close gaps in data accuracy for team capacity and availability.

What’s new?

- Track partial absences such as 2-hour doctor visits or 4-hour PTO within a workday.
- Manage seasonal or temporary capacity changes like shorter summer hours or parental leave.
- Add hours off or capacity changes via Work Schedules, Timesheets, or API.
- See changes reflected across Wrike features including Workload, Timesheets, Dashboards, Analyze, Utilization reports, and Assignee recommendations.
- Allows Collaborators and Viewers to edit their own vacations.

• Request Forms: Search & Dropdown For Form Answers 🔍

We’re excited to introduce searchable dropdown for single- and multi-select form fields, making it faster and easier for users to find and select the right options.

What’s new?

- Single-select fields now include a search-enabled dropdown so users can quickly find the option they need.
- Multi-select questions with more than 7 options now appear as searchable dropdown instead of long checkbox lists, reducing scrolling and visual clutter.
 

Please Note: The searchable dropdown feature is currently available on desktop only and is not yet supported in the mobile app or in mobile browsers.

• Mobile App Updates (iOS & Android): Filter Presets and More📱

Happy to share a couple of helpful updates to the Wrike Mobile App. Here’s what’s new:

- The Wrike Mobile App now supports applying Filter Presets saved on desktop to Smart Folders (My To-Do and Created by Me sections), saving time with one-tap filter application.
- We’ve improved the typing experience on iOS by fixing situations where letters weren’t auto-capitalizing after a full stop.

• AI Agents: Now Generally Available 🤖

AI Agents are out of Labs and are now generally available, bringing flexible, natural language–based automation to your work.

What’s new?
- Configure agents by describing tasks in plain language.
- Agents can perform multiple actions in one run (e.g., rename tasks, post comments with @mentions , update custom fields).
- Context-aware: read descriptions, comments, and fields, including Link-to-Database and Mirror values, and log their reasoning.

Triggers:
- Task changes (created, status, fields, assignee, description, location, dates, duration)
- Date-based (X days before a date or overdue)- Scheduled (daily/weekly)

Actions:
- Post comments (@mentions )- Update custom fields (text, numbers, dropdowns, currency, percentages, link-to-database)
- Change status- Assign/unassign users- Rename tasks

Availability:
Plans: Business, Enterprise, Pinnacle, Apex  
AI Addendum: Must be signed by account owner  
Who Can Create: Space Admins  
Where: In Gen AI–enabled accounts, look for the AI Agents icon in the top-right instead of Automations

• Custom Fields: Archive or Draft Unnecessary Custom Fields 🧹  

You can now deactivate custom fields to reduce configuration clutter—without losing any underlying data.

What’s new?

Custom field status control – Use the new status property to turn a custom field On (active) or Off (deactivated). Deactivated fields can serve as archived or draft configurations.
 

Cleaner workspace, same data   

- When a custom field is deactivated, it becomes read-only on items where it’s already in use.    
- The field is no longer discoverable by default in menus, helping reduce noise in day-to-day work.    
- No data is deleted: all existing values remain on items where the field was previously applied.
 

 
Admin visibility & control    

- Deactivated fields remain visible to admins in their configuration lists, so they can still review, manage, and adjust them.    
- A visual note shows who deactivated the field and when, helping maintain governance and traceability.

Reactivation anytime – If you change your mind, you can reactivate the custom field. It will immediately resume normal behavior and appear again in all places where it’s configured to be used.

Usage insights to guide decisions – Existing usage statistics for custom fields help you identify which fields are unused or low-value, so you can confidently decide what to deactivate.

This update helps keep your account organized and focused, while preserving historical data and giving admins full control over configuration lifecycle.

• Klaxoon Template Library: New Design & Better Discovery 🎯  

What’s new?  
- Redesigned Template Library for smoother browsing and selection.  
- New categories to filter templates more efficiently
- Personal templates now visible alongside public ones in the Library.  
- Microsoft Teams bot now shows the same template set as the in-product Library for a consistent experience across surfaces.
