Feature Updates
Required Fields Support
We’re excited to share that workflow governance with Required Fields is now supported in the Wrike mobile app for both Android and iOS, helping ensure consistent data compliance across web and mobile experiences.
What’s new?
- Required Fields on mobile: Workflow guardrails for status transitions are now enforced in the mobile app.
- Consistent governance across platforms: Whether users update statuses on web or mobile, required fields must be completed before the status change is allowed.
- Improved data quality: This helps teams maintain cleaner data, support compliance, and generate clearer reports based on complete information.
Filter Presets and Sort Updates
We’re also happy to announce improvements to Filters and Sort in the mobile app for both Android and iOS, making it easier for users to work with saved views while on the go.
What’s new?
- Filter Presets in Table and Board view: Users can now apply saved Filter Presets on the mobile app in Table views, Board views and Smart Folders such as My to-do and Created by me. Filter Presets created and saved on the web can now be accessed and applied in the mobile app.
- Sorting updates on mobile: Users can also adjust sorting configurations to match the filters they apply in the same views where filter presets are available.
These updates are available in the latest Wrike mobile app version for Android and iOS. Check if you're on the latest version via App store or Play store.
This release helps agents close the loop: they can now start and manage approval flows with user-chip approvers, send email through Gmail and Outlook, and act on the sub-items of a newly created project or folder to power blueprint kickoff workflows. The update also includes approval-chip enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements across logs, cloning, permissions, and more.
We also share the Blueprint Kickoff Agent, including its setup and configuration, so you can automatically assign sub-tasks, set dates, and notify the right stakeholders the moment a project is created from a template.
