I think addition "Assignee" Type of fields as a variable in Automations is going to be huge timesaver. Also as an admin I would love to have folders to "group" Processes

Allowing us to add more email recipients on "Email to requester" in external form fills allows us to streamline our communications in these scenarios to Wrike. Without this ability, we end up needing to rely on Outlook still as we need to sometimes CC our own colleagues, a group email for tracking, or additional users on the requester's side. Needing to send in Outlook means that we lose sight of ongoing conversations; the nice thing about Wrike's "Email to requester" feature is that we can see what replies come in/go out.

There's a partial workaround, and maybe there's a better solution than the one I propose, but this flexibility is needed for robust reporting and custom field calculation. It could also help with automations. An AI agent might compensate for the gap, but that seems like resources overkill.

This is a small request but something I am often asked about and would make the design of our request forms a lot neater if we had the ability to hyperlink in request forms. The formatting options in request forms can be quite limited.

Upvoted! This would be really helpful for client-facing project management. There are often times when I need to include multiple people in a conversation, and being able to CC additional recipients while keeping the communication connected to the work item in Wrike would make it much easier to keep the full conversation and project history in one place.

Upvoted! I really like this idea. Being able to add a short description or hover explanation to individual widgets would make dashboards much easier to understand, especially when sharing them with leadership or others who didn't build the dashboard themselves. It would provide helpful context without adding more text widgets or making the dashboard feel cluttered.
